The Merchant of Venice

The Merchant of Venice is still one of William Shakespeare`s most famous plays about friendship, love and the great value of mercy. The students of the eleventh and twelfth forms of our school were able to watch this play in our school canteen on Friday, 16th December 2016. The actors of the English theatre group ‘White Horse Theatre’ came with their little stuff and did a great performance in a well-understandable English in front of the students. A big ‘Thank you’ goes of course to the ‘White Horse Theatre’ team, the actors, the organizing teachers, but also to the students who prepared the play in the lessons beforehand. Kim Brückner
